• Building data from public records - We aggregate publicly available data from NYC Open Data sources including PLUTO, HPD Violations, DOB Permits, LL84 Energy Benchmarks, and DOHMH Inspections. This data is already publicly accessible and we do not collect it from private sources.
• Account information - When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number.
• Payment information - Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Usage data - We collect basic analytics on how you use the platform to improve our product, including pages visited and features used.
